You can
connect to ISP Monsters, but cannot surf the Internet, or you receive
one of the following errors:
- The Page Cannot Be Displayed.
Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site Web address. A connection
with the server could not be established.
- The page you are looking
for is currently unavailable.
- The Web site might be
experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your
browser settings.
To resolve these errors,
ensure that you are still connected to ISP Monsters, check the web site
address (URL) syntax to make sure it is spelled correctly and contains
all the characters in the correct case. In addition, the specific page
you are attempting to access may have been removed, had its name changed,
been down temporarily or been moved to a new location.

web pages that you could not previously access.
If this does not resolve
the error, attempt Solution Two.
